We've had a number of questions come through since re-opening, so we thought we'd put them all down in one handy document for you to refer back to!
1. Are you open?
We certainly are, but we have processes in place to safeguard both yourselves and our staff. We are asking that where possible you book an appointment to visit us - this saves you having to queue and guarantees you time with the team (who are currently not back at full capacity, we still have a number of staff on furlough while we get back on our feet).
Please contact your required department by email, with a brief description of what you are looking for and your phone number. We will then get in touch to provide advice, arrange an appointment or take your order.

Please note - as of July 24th it is mandatory to wear masks/face coverings while in-store. If you forget, we have a small amount available to purchase for £1 per mask.
2. What are your current opening times?
Our current opening times are:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Bank Holidays: CLOSED
3. Can I book a test ride?
Our capacity for demo's is currently very limited due to operating on reduced staff levels. If you would like to book a demo please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements. Please bear in mind that while we'll always do our best to accommodate your request it isn't guaranteed.
4. I'd like to Part Exchange my current bike, what do you need?
If you would like a valuation for your motorcycle then please provide us with some recent pictures (from multiple angles and showing the condition as best as possible), the reg number, mileage, service history and your location.
5. Can I come in to look at some clothing?
Clothing is currently strictly by appointment ONLY. We unfortunately cannot allow browsing in store at the moment, and we ask that you do not touch/try on clothing without a member of staff present as all items handled will need to be disinfected and put aside for 72 hours. You will only be allowed to try on a limited amount of items so please have a think about what you're looking for and discuss with the team when you arrive.
6. Can I try on helmets at the moment?
We are allowing the trying on of helmets BUT we ask that you bring and wear a mask or face covering while doing so. Each helmet that is tried on will be disinfected and set aside for the next 72 hours.
7. Can I book a Saturday service appointment?
Yes you can, however we will only be able to complete smaller jobs and minor services due to low staff levels. Warranty diagnosis will not be able to be carried out on Saturdays at the moment.
8. Can I order online and collect in store?
Yes, we can now offer this service again for anything ordered on our online store, or over the phone!
9. Are you still able to deliver bikes?
Ordering over the phone/email and then delivering bikes turned out to be a service that worked really well for us through the lockdown, and is something we'd like to continue. We can deliver for free within a 25 mile radius, and for a charge for further afield.
10. Can I take my CBT with your rider training school now?
Yes you absolutely can - ART can now offer 1-1 lessons, CBT, Advanced courses and Back to Biking. Please book through their website.
11. Can I book my theory/full licence?
Yes you can - all theory tests and full licence courses are now running again.
12. Can I bring a friend/family member to my appointment with me?
Where possible we would ask that you do not bring anyone along with you, to keep the numbers down in the showroom. We understand that sometimes more than one person may be essential to the appointment but please make it known in advance if you wish to bring someone along with you.
13. I only need something small from the parts counter, am I able to pop in without an appointment?
You are able to pop in without an appointment for anything small such as consumables/oils etc. If you would like to place a larger order then it's preferable that you get in touch to book first.
