We were hoping we wouldn't have to write another post like this, but it's once again time to do our part and help fight the demon that is Covid-19. We're sure you're wondering how we'll be operating during Lockdown 2.0 so read on for all the information you need:
- First of All - We Are OPEN
We'll be open and doing everything we can to keep you on two wheels throughout - same hours as usual but obviously no customers will be allowed in the showroom. Click & Collect and Collection/Drop-Off's will be allowed but please contact the team first to arrange a time slot. Please do not arrive at the showroom unless you have spoken to someone first.
- Order Clothing, Parts & Accessories by Phone/Email or Order Online
Like last time, any parts, clothing and accessories that you may need will be available to order - we can either post direct to your door or you may collect once payment has been made. You can email parts firstname.lastname@example.org, clothing on email@example.com or give us a call during the day on 01293 413300. Our online store can be foundhere.
- Our Service Department is Working as Normal
If your bike needs work doing please get in touch - you are welcome to drop your bike off to us, or we can arrange collection/delivery. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more info. Please note - you will not be able to wait inside while your service work takes place.
- Bike Sales & Orders Continue Via Phone & Email
Looking for a new ride to get you through the lockdown? Pop us an email or give us a call - we can arrange everything over the phone then deliver your new bike straight to your door/collect your PX if required!
