We know you've been waiting for news on our opening for some time, and currently it's looking like we will be able to open on June 1st alongside car dealerships. For us to be able to open, and feel comfortable that both our staff and customers will be able to remain safe, we will be putting various different safety and social distancing measures in place.
- Appointment Only Visits & No Browsing
To keep the number of people in the showroom at a safe level we will be restricting how many customers we allow in store at any given time. This will result in the potential for longer waiting times, so we would ask that for now you please only visit if you need something, not just to pop in for a browse. To help further reduce waiting times, we are introducing an appointment system, where you can book in to come and discuss any requirements you might have.
Please contact your required department by email, with a brief description of what you are looking for and your phone number. We will then get in touch to provide advice, arrange an appointment or take your order.

- Online Sales will still be available
During the lockdown we have completed many bike sales where all transactions were completed by email/phone and then the bike delivered straight to its new owners door. This has proven to be a popular option and is something we will be continuing until further notice. The same goes for parts & clothing orders.
- PPE & Cleaning Stations will be available
We will have desk screens, hand washing stations, sanitiser, gloves, masks, thermometers and clothing sanitiser available in store to make sure both our staff and customers are able to remain safe at all times in the showroom.
- There will be a one-way system in place in the showroom
We will be asking all customers to please enter the showroom via the side door and follow the arrows around the showroom then exit by the main doors. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival, you'll be asked to wash your hands and then you'll be directed or taken to the correct person/department.
- All surfaces will be cleaned after every customer visit
Any area that a customer has visited will be cleaned down and sanitised ready for the next appointment.
- Customers wishing to try on helmets will be asked to wear a mask/face covering
If you wish to try on a helmet, you will be asked to bring a mask/face covering with you. We will then set aside any helmet (or garment that has been tried on) until it is safe to be put back out.
- We will be closed on Sundays & Demo's will be limited
We will be closed on Sundays and will be running on reduced staff levels, meaning our ability to offer demo rides will be extremely limited. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
- ART will re-open for CBT's, New Rider Courses, Back to Biking & Advanced courses from June 1st
